A Vibrant Global City

I have to give credit to BG Lee for making that promise n he's a real nice person as well. He does have a little heart for the less fortunate. And he does take actions so to speak. One of them is the new National Library facing Bugis Junction along Victoria Street. With more visually spectacular promises & considerations like these i think we have a vibrant leader indeed. Alas i see a little hope for our future. "The citylights are oh so bright...."
